Swim Lesson Instructor

- Meet with Aquatics Manager and Swim Lesson Coordinator to review all policies and procedures.
- Attend weekly meetings to discuss suggestions, techniques and address customer comments.
- Provide excellent customer service in a professional manner according to 4 Diamond Service Expectations.
- Maintain a well organized program tracking attendance system, registration and instructor hours/commissions.
- Pick-up Lifeguard shifts if qualified and interested.
- Act as a substitute for other Instructors when needed.
- Teach Private and Group Swimming Lessons while following BHSC protocols, procedures and policies.
- Prior experience in swim lesson instruction.
- Good organizational, communication and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with swim lesson programs and coordinating registration/attendance, skill sheets and recording instructor hours.
- Strong swimming abilities.
- Prior guest service experience.
- Water safety certification.
- Lifeguard certification.
