Facelove, a fast-growing US DTC beauty brand, seeks a Head of Paid Media to own paid acquisition across Meta, Google, TikTok and AppLovin. You will manage $3–5M in monthly spend and lead a team of junior buyers, setting strategy, making budget decisions, and scaling efficiently as spend grows.
