We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in our 65-bed facility located in beautiful East Palestine, OH. As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, you will play a vital role in providing individualized, compassionate, and innovative healthcare services to our residents. About the Role: As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality resident care. You will also be responsible for supervising professional personnel, assisting with staff development, and promoting a positive work environment.
