We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Overnight Medication Tech to ensure our residents receive the care they deserve throughout the night. Job Responsibilities Accurately administer prescribed medications to residents in accordance with physician instructions and established protocols. Maintain organized and up-to-date medication records, ensuring all documentation complies with regulatory standards. Monitor residents for potential side effects and report any adverse reactions promptly to nursing staff. Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed during the overnight shift. Conduct regular rounds to ensure the safety and well-being of all residents, responding promptly to any emergencies. Support the nursing team by performing additional tasks as necessary under the guidance of healthcare professionals. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and fellow team members to deliver excellent care and service. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required; certification as a Medication Technician preferred. Previous experience in a healthcare or assisted living setting is an advantage. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
