Physical Therapist I: Per Diem Days (3 days x 8hrs), Atlantic Rehab Clark

Job Description Atlantic Health is seeking two skilled and compassionate per diem outpatient Physical Therapists for our Clark, NJ location. The position is three days per week: Monday and Wednesday from 11 a.m. – 7 p.m., and Friday from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Positions Per Diem for general Orthopedics Per Diem for Lymph – CLT/CDT required Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop patient‑centered treatment plans. Collaborate with physicians and rehab team members. Communicate with patients and families to ensure understanding and continuity of care. Support various appointment types and adapt care plans as needed. Document interventions, administer billing, and maintain accurate records. Provide patient and family education. Support lead clinicians in competency development and implementation. Participate in orientation of new staff members and serve as clinical instructor for students. Exercise independent judgement on moderately complex cases with minimal or no supervision. Qualifications Required: New Jersey License to practice Physical Therapy. Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy academic program. If applying for the Lymph position, CLT/CDT certification required. Preferred: New graduates welcomed for the Orthopedics position; 1–3 years of lymph experience for the Lymph position (CLT/CDT required). 1–3 years of orthopedic experience as a PT in a hospital‑based outpatient setting. Oncology Clinical Specialist preferred for the Lymph position.
