Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

Shift: Days (8am - 4:30pm)
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Start Date: TBD
Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments.
- Massage and stretch muscles where necessary.
- Set up therapy equipment.
- Sanitize therapy area.
- Lift or move patients.
- Monitor patients during sessions.
- Guide patients through exercises where necessary.
- Brief patients and their families on after-therapy care.
Requirements:
- Must be certified as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA).
- BLS (AHA).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a PTA in Long Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility Facilities.
