Paid time off Duties & Responsibilities: Assist with planning, administers and directs all location activities related to the maintenance of the facility Maintains strong communication with direct reports and delivers a direct / specific standard to be met at the unit; hands on management of the operation Tours and inspects the facility to ensure cleanliness requirements are met in a timely fashion Oversight of job orders and specifications to understand the materials and labor required to complete a task within each area respectively within budgetary guidelines Assure that management have the equipment and supplies necessary to perform daily tasks to increase client satisfaction Assist and maintain interaction with the client on the unit level and maintain effective client and customer relations at all levels within the organization Assist and understand the forecasts and explain any budgetary variances in agreeance with the Director of Custodial services Assist with the compliance with all contractual obligations as assigned by the Director Contribute to the overall success of housekeeping operations by creating a work environment that encourages respect for team members and development of skills We seek candidates that share our values of hospitality, balance, fun, respect, and quality to add to our invigorating work environment.
