We have an immediate opening for a Forklift Operator / Order Fulfillment In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating forklifts in a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment while supporting facility organization, material movement, shipping and receiving activities, and inventory storage. This position will play a key role in maximizing warehouse space, organizing inventory in tight working areas, maintaining safe pathways to walk through, and preparing the facility for future growth and expansion.

Key Job Functions:

· Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to transport raw materials, finished goods, pallets, and inventory throughout the facility.

· Organize warehouse storage areas to maximize available space and improve operational efficiency.

· Create and maintain clear, safe walkways and work zones throughout the warehouse and production areas.

· Utilize strong forklift skills to maneuver and organize materials within confined spaces while maintaining safety standards.

· Perform material handling duties, including moving, stacking, sorting, and organizing raw materials, finished goods, and warehouse supplies.

· Receive, inspect, and put away incoming materials in designated storage locations.

· Assist with facility organization initiatives to prepare for future warehouse expansion and relocation activities.

· Load and unload trucks while ensuring accurate handling of materials and products.

· Verify received materials against packing slips and purchase orders and report discrepancies as needed.

· Move products from production areas to designated staging or warehouse locations.

· Assist with inventory accuracy by properly storing, labeling, and organizing materials.

· Ensure items are properly recycled in accordance with company Sustainability policies.

· Maintain shipping, receiving, warehouse, and staging areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition.

· Conduct daily forklift inspections and report equipment issues promptly.

· Follow all safety procedures and company policies regarding forklift operation and material handling.

· Assist with general warehouse housekeeping, special projects, and other assignments as needed.

* Pay $19.50/hr

Requirements

· High school diploma/GED required; previous warehouse, material handling, or

preferred manufacturing experience.

· Minimum 2 years of recent forklift operating experience required.

· Forklift certification required or ability to obtain certification upon hire.

· Demonstrated experience operating forklifts safely in tight spaces and high-density

storage environments.

· Experience loading and unloading trailers and moving palletized materials efficiently and

safely.

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to improve warehouse layout and storage

utilization.

· Ability to safely lift bottles, boxes, tools, equipment, and other materials up to 50 lbs.

· Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written and verbal instructions.

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.

· Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently with minimal

supervision.

· Experience supporting warehouse reorganization, inventory relocation, or facility moves is

a plus.
