Aliado Community Health is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our leadership team.

We're looking for someone who enjoys helping clinicians grow, believes in high-quality clinical care, and wants to be part of an organization that's building something meaningful.

This role combines clinical leadership with direct client care, giving you the opportunity to mentor other clinicians while continuing to make a difference in the lives of children and families.

Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to clinicians.
• Review and approve treatment plans and clinical documentation.
• Support the professional growth of clinical staff.
• Promote high standards of clinical quality and ethical practice.
• Collaborate with leadership to strengthen clinical services.
• Maintain a manageable clinical caseload while serving as a clinical leader.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Active New Jersey LCSW license.
• Minimum of three years of post-licensure experience as an LCSW.
• New Jersey Clinical Supervisor Certification.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).

Preferred:

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and families.
• Community-based behavioral health experience.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $90,000 annual base salary.
