Compensation Base Salary: $220,000+ based on experience Student loan repayment eligibility up to $75,000

Schedule Monday through Thursday: 8:30 AM 6:00 PM Friday: 8:30 AM 4:00 PM Outpatient-only practice setting

Role Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services across the lifespan Manage preventative care and chronic disease treatment plans Deliver patient-centered treatment within collaborative outpatient environment Support continuity of care and long-term patient relationships Work alongside interdisciplinary support staff and clinical teams
