About Us

We are a growing, patient-focused high quality orthodontic practice, looking for a motivated, friendly, and organized team member to join our office in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. We are seeking someone who can confidently move between patient coordination, clinical assisting including sterilization and regular maintenance. Social media content creation experience is a plus!

Position Overview

The ideal candidate will play a key role in creating an exceptional patient experience while supporting the orthodontists and helping grow our practice's online presence.

This position includes responsibilities as a Treatment Coordinator, Clinical Assistant, Sterilization Technician, and Social Media Content Creator. We are a lower volume boutique practice.

Responsibilities ( including, but not limited to ):

Treatment Coordination & Patient Experience

-Present orthodontic treatment options, procedures, and financial information to patients alongside orthodontist

-Help create an exceptional patient experience from initial consultation through treatment completion and follow up as needed

Clinical assisting

-Prepare and break down treatment rooms and instruments

-Assist with bonding, debonding, adjustments, records, and other orthodontic procedures as permitted by state regulations and training

-Take and maintain accurate patient records

-Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinical environment

Sterilization and infection control

- Properly clean, disinfect, package, and sterilize instruments

-Maintain sterilization areas and equipment based on OSHA, infection-control, and office safety protocols

-Maintain accurate sterilization procedures and logs

What We're Looking For

-Previous orthodontic or dental experience a plus but not required

-Willingness to learn new skills and techniques

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills

-Friendly, energetic, and positive personality

-Highly organized and ability to multitask

-Team-oriented and willing to jump in wherever needed

-Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of cleanliness and organization

-Creative and comfortable being on camera or creating content

-Professional appearance and excellent patient-service skills

-Spanish speaking is a plus

What We Offer

-Part-time schedule: Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays 1-6 pm, Saturdays 9-6 PM
