Outside Sales Representative

Overview Ready to Hunt, Close, and Earn? Milton Rents is looking for a high-performing Outside Sales Representative to grow territory revenue through equipment sales and rentals. This is a field-based, relationship-driven role for someone who thrives on prospecting, winning new business, and closing deals. If you're competitive, self-motivated, and driven by high earning potential, we want to talk to you. Pay: Salary + Commission Responsibilities Prospect daily and build a strong pipeline (cold calls, job sites, networking) Win new accounts and grow existing relationships Drive sales of light and heavy construction equipment Meet with customers daily and close deals in the field Own your territory and consistently exceed sales targets Qualifications Outside sales or territory sales experience Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quotas Strong closing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills High energy, self-discipline, and a "hunter" mindset Valid driver's license and willingness to be on the road What You Get Base salary + commission (high earning potential) Company vehicle + tools Full benefits (medical, dental, vision) 401(k) with match PTO + holidays About Us Milton Rents is a growing equipment rental company with 16 locations across New England and Upstate New York.
