Human Resources Manager

Position Details Schedule: Monday - Friday Hours: 8am - 5pm EST Compensation: 90K - 105K + 20% Bonus Work Location: 1200 Cassville White Rd., White, GA 30184 Note: The HR Manager will work 100% on‑site. Occasional early morning or late afternoon hours may be required. This is NOT a remote or hybrid position. Position Summary The Human Resources Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to distribution center leaders and collaborate closely with them to develop and implement HR strategies that support the achievement of business objectives. This position oversees all aspects of human resources management, including employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations. This role requires a combination of strong HR expertise, business acumen, and excellent interpersonal skills. Responsibilities Working as a business partner with all members of management and understanding their objectives so solutions can be provided to support the operation. Manage employee relations and facilitate issue resolution including investigation, documentation, and possible corrective action and consequence. Serving as an internal consultant to management on a broad range of HR topics including performance management, talent development, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Ensuring accurate completion of weekly payroll. Partnering with senior management and recruiting team around workforce planning and candidate selection process. Collaborate with senior management to implement strategic HR initiatives that support the company's growth and objectives. Interpreting, educating and informing leaders and associates on company policies and procedures. Managing onboarding and orientation process for newly hired employees. Drive employee engagement initiatives and event planning to foster a positive work culture that values diversity, inclusion, and teamwork. Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and develop action plans to address them. Ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and legislation. Performs other related duties as assigned. The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Strong understanding of HR principles, practices and regulations. Strong understanding of local and federal employment laws and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and concepts to diverse audiences. Strong relationship building skills with ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization. Proven problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities, with a focus on driving results. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Expert interpersonal skills and a knack for conflict resolution. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Time management, analytical skills, and the ability to work with little supervision are a must. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent. 3+ years of experience in HR Management roles. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Previous HR experience in a warehouse, or similar environment. HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
