Hybrid Community Resource Navigator for Medicaid Clinic
Mass General Brigham Medical Group, Inc.
Mass General Brigham Medical Group, Inc. is looking for a Resource Specialist to support patients at our new Medicaid Clinic in Lawrence, MA. This hybrid position works primarily remotely but requires occasional onsite presence for team meetings and patient support. The ideal candidate will assist patients with transportation, affordable housing, and community resources.
