We’re hiring Crisis Counselors to answer the calls, texts, and chats that come in during someone’s darkest moment. The person on the other end may be scared, overwhelmed, alone, or considering suicide — and your voice could be the turning point.
Onsite Position
Full-Time & Part-Time Available
Day, Evening, Overnight & Weekend Shifts
$24.90 – $29.88/hour
In this role, you’ll provide real-time emotional support, conduct suicide risk assessments, create safety plans, and connect individuals to life-saving resources through phone, chat, and text platforms.
We’re looking for compassionate, calm, mission-driven individuals who can stay grounded under pressure and genuinely want to make an impact. Experience in crisis intervention, behavioral health, counseling, or social services is strongly preferred.
Not every hero wears a cape. Some answer the phone.
