Business Analyst / Project Manager

Titan Professional Resources is seeking a Technology Advancement Analyst to support client initiatives by analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and delivering data-driven insights. This role partners with business and technical stakeholders to improve operational efficiency, ensure regulatory alignment, and support the adoption of emerging technologies.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Entrepreneurship, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fieldPrior experience serving as a Business Analyst, Functional Lead, or in a comparable roleProficiency with project management and work tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, AdaptiveWork)Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BIStrong background in data analysis, process documentation, and requirements elicitationWorking knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standardsStrong written, verbal, analytical, and problem-solving skillsSkills & RequirementsAbility to translate business needs into clear, actionable functional and technical requirementsExperience facilitating stakeholder meetings, workshops, and discovery sessionsStrong process-mapping and documentation skills (e.g., current-state and future-state workflows)Comfort working in cross-functional environments with both technical and non-technical teamsAbility to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detailUnderstanding of software development lifecycles and delivery methodologiesInterest in emerging technologies and their application within financial services environments
