Day-to-Day Responsibilities A dedicated coach will support you from day one, walking you through every phase of local operations. After onboarding, your daily focus includes: Meeting in person with local business decision-makers to evaluate employee benefit needs Presenting clear, accessible workplace coverage options to company staff Handling end-to-end client onboarding and account management Maintaining full control over your calendar, sales calls, and account follow-ups Executing an established sales strategy while hitting daily key performance metrics Engaging in ongoing professional development and team training workshops Qualifications Previous experience in shift management, retail supervisory roles, hospitality, or logistics is beneficial (not required) High accountability and an eagerness to master new competencies Clear communication skills and resilience in client-facing environments Strong coachability and respect for structured systems Active driver's license alongside access to dependable transportation Readiness to obtain required state licensing (guidance and materials provided) Key Benefits Standard weekday business hours (no mandatory evening or weekend shifts) Performance-based career progression tied directly to achievements Hands-on field mentoring throughout the training phase Compensation Uncapped commissions + bonuses.
