MRI Tech - Per Diem - La Jolla

This is a casual (per diem) position with 8‑hour varied shifts, including an on‑call rotation. The position is primarily based at Scripps Memorial Hospital La Jolla, with the possibility of floating to AMP. The primary responsibilities involve performing diagnostic radiologic imaging services as a Radiology Technician. Required Qualifications ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT or CRT. Venipuncture class completion. Certificate must be provided at application; 10 sticks must be obtained within 30 days of hire. BLS from the American Heart Association. Completion of a formal training/educational program in an approved school of Radiology Technology or equivalent education and experience in radiologic imaging obtained through a hospital-based training program or other formalized on‑the‑job program, in combination with current licensure/certification. Excellent investigative, interpersonal and leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications 2 years of MRI experience. Cardiac and Breast experience.
