About the Opportunity:

The Operations Temporary Associate, under the supervision of the Supervisor, is primarily responsible for outgoing calls to customers regarding drug delivery set-up and all related services. This includes scheduling the patient's delivery based on date needed by, confirming potential adverse events, drug efficacy, and maintaining medication and allergy profiles.

What You'll Do:

• Make outbound calls to patients to coordinate prescription drug deliveries and related services
• Schedule deliveries based on patient needs while confirming medication effectiveness, potential adverse events, and allergy/medication profiles
• Gather necessary refill information to support timely medication delivery through Reliance Rx
• Communicate with patients and healthcare providers to coordinate deliveries
• Document required patient information and escalate any adverse events for pharmacy clinical review
• Discuss copays, secure payment authorization, and assist with financial arrangements
• Maintain accurate patient records, documentation, and filing
• Support delivery scheduling, billing tasks (when designated), and copay collection
• Collaborate across departments to promote teamwork, information sharing, and process improvement
• Follow established procedures and guidelines, with any deviations approved by the supervising pharmacist
• Perform additional duties as needed

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED 
• Minimum of 2+ years of customer service experience
