ABOUT THE ROLE Join a fast-growing fire and life-safety organization as a Sales Representative serving the Las Vegas market. This is a full-time, onsite sales role for someone who knows how to build new relationships, grow existing accounts, and manage the sales process from first conversation through signed contract and Notice to Proceed.

You will sell comprehensive fire protection and life-safety solutions across construction and service opportunities, including design, installation, testing, inspection, maintenance, suppression, detection, and security-related offerings. The right person is comfortable with both inside and outside sales work, can read the needs behind a bid invite or customer request, and can turn technical service capabilities into clear, practical proposals.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Develop new business and expand existing customer accounts across the Las Vegas market
• Sell fire protection, life-safety, construction, and service solutions to commercial customers
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, qualification, and bid invitations through proposals, contracts, and Notice to Proceed
• Build strong relationships with general contractors, facility leaders, property managers, and other decision makers
• Review customer needs, project requirements, site conditions, and bid documents to shape accurate sales opportunities
• Coordinate with operations, estimating, design, inspection, service, and project teams to deliver responsive proposals
• Maintain a disciplined pipeline, follow-up rhythm, and accurate sales activity records
• Support both new account development and ongoing account management
• Travel locally and regionally as needed, up to approximately 40%
• Represent the company professionally while following safety, compliance, and customer-site requirements

WHAT YOU BRING

• Experience selling fire protection, life-safety, construction, service, inspection, suppression, detection, security, or related building-services solutions
• Strong business development ability across both new logos and existing accounts
• Comfort owning a sales process that includes lead generation, bid review, proposal coordination, negotiation, contract follow-through, and handoff to operations
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers, internal technical teams, contractors, and field leaders
• Practical understanding of construction/service sales, customer urgency, bid timelines, and recurring account development
• Strong organization, follow-up discipline, and CRM or pipeline-management habits
• Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, reliable transportation, and ability to travel as needed
• Ability to pass required employment screening, including drug-free workplace and E-Verify requirements
• Ability to work onsite in Las Vegas, NV and visit customer or project locations as needed

LOCATION & WORK ENVIRONMENT This is an onsite role based in Las Vegas, NV. The position includes customer meetings, jobsite visits, office work, and local or regional travel up to approximately 40%. Work may involve active construction or service environments where PPE and site safety requirements apply.
