Dealer Sales Representative As a Dealer Sales Representative, you will drive dealership customer acquisition for Carpool’s platform. Working from our Buckhead office, you will execute high‑volume outbound campaigns to engage warm leads, qualify prospects, book demos, and close business. Your day will be phone‑intensive, using calls, texts, and emails to convert contacts into active customers. Responsibilities Execute high‑volume outbound campaigns daily via phone, text, and email to convert warm leads into active customers Conduct virtual demos and product presentations to dealership decision‑makers Build and nurture relationships with clients through consistent, multi‑channel communication Manage and maintain a clean, active sales pipeline in the CRM with meticulous follow‑up Collaborate with Customer Success, Operations, and Product teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding Develop working knowledge of Carpool’s platform and the vehicle logistics industry Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 1–3 years of inside sales, SDR/BDR, or call center sales experience Demonstrated success in high‑volume, metrics‑driven sales environments Automotive industry experience is a plus but not required Exceptional phone presence and communication skills Self‑motivated with a competitive drive to hit and exceed targets Comfortable with rejection and able to maintain energy throughout the day Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite Must be based in Atlanta, GA and work in‑office at our Buckhead location Total Compensation Package Carpool Logistics is offering a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary of $50,000, uncapped commission, and comprehensive benefits.
