Carpool is hiring a Dealer Sales Representative to acquire new dealership customers through high-volume outbound sales. Working from our Buckhead office, you will contact warm leads, qualify prospects, lead virtual demonstrations, and convert opportunities into active accounts. Your daily calls, texts, emails, and follow-up will directly contribute to dealer growth and revenue.

What You'll Do

• Execute daily outbound campaigns through phone, text, and email to engage warm leads and generate new dealership business.
• Qualify prospects by identifying their vehicle transportation needs, shipment volume, and current processes.
• Conduct virtual demonstrations showing dealership decision-makers how to quote, book, and track shipments through Carpool's platform.
• Manage opportunities, follow-up activity, and sales outcomes in the CRM.
• Build relationships with dealer contacts through consistent and professional communication.
• Coordinate with Customer Success, Operations, and Product to transition new customers from signed agreement to active shipping.
• Develop practical knowledge of Carpool's platform, services, carrier network, and the vehicle logistics industry.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 1-3 years of inside sales, SDR, BDR, or call center sales experience.
• Experience working toward defined call, activity, pipeline, or revenue targets.
• Strong phone presence and clear written and verbal communication.
• The ability to handle rejection, maintain consistent outreach, and apply feedback.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to CRM documentation and follow-up.
• Availability to work onsite at Carpool's office in Buckhead, Atlanta.

Base salary: $50,000
