Senior Employment Litigation Attorney

DNA Partners is partnering with a leading National Law Firm to identify a standout Senior Employment Litigation Associate or Junior Partner to join its Labor & Employment practice in New York. This is a high-impact, client-facing role for an employment lawyer ready to step into leadership, litigation ownership, and strategic advisory work. What You’ll Do: You’ll advise sophisticated employer-side clients on a broad range of employment matters, while also taking a leading role in litigation and risk strategy. Key areas include: Employment counseling (wage & hour, discrimination, retaliation, compliance) Litigation across federal/state courts, arbitration, and mediation Handling motions, depositions, and discovery Drafting employment agreements (contracts, non-competes, severance) Advising on emerging issues like AI in employment practices Managing matters and mentoring junior team members What You Bring: 7–12 years of employment law experience Strong employer-side counseling + litigation background NY Bar admission Proven ability to manage complex matters and client relationships Sharp writing, advocacy, and strategic thinking skills #J-18808-Ljbffr DNA Partners LLC
