Traditional Labor Law Partner/Senior Attorney NYC Office Job Summary DNA Partners is partnering with a leading law firm to identify a Labor & Employment Partner or Senior Attorney with deep expertise in traditional labor law to join its expanding New York office. This is a high-impact, client-facing role offering the opportunity to lead complex labor matters, advise sophisticated employers, and play a key role in the continued growth of the practice. What You’ll Do Represent management in arbitrations, grievance proceedings, and collective bargaining negotiations Advise clients on union organizing campaigns, representation elections, and unfair labor practice matters before the NLRB Defend employers in litigation across federal and state courts, as well as administrative agencies Counsel clients on compliance with federal and state employment laws, including FLSA, Title VII, FMLA, and New York labor laws Conduct workplace investigations and draft employment policies, handbooks, and related documentation Negotiate and draft CBAs, employment agreements, and restrictive covenants Advise on reductions in force, WARN Act compliance, and labor and employment aspects of corporate transactions Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to the strategic growth of the practice group What You Bring 10+ years of experience in traditional labor law within a law firm environment Strong background representing employers in unionized settings and NLRB proceedings Demonstrated experience handling employment litigation and agency matters (EEOC, NYSDHR, etc.) Admission to the New York Bar (New Jersey admission a plus) Proven ability to independently manage complex matters and maintain strong client relationships Excellent advocacy, drafting, and client-facing communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr DNA Partners
