About the Position

Job Title: X-Ray Technician Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: X-Ray Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 4x10-Hour Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Minimum 1 year License: Valid State License required Certifications: ARRT R, BLS Must-Have: - Emergency Department and surgical experience required. - Fluoroscopy and O-arm experience preferred. Description: 1 year of experience required. First timers are welcome to apply. Guaranteed patient ratios are 1:1. On-call is required, with a minimum of 1 shift per month. Weekends are required, including Saturdays from 11:30 AM to 9:00 PM. No block scheduling is required. Daily census ranges from 100 to 200 patients. Unit performs a high volume of surgical procedures and fluoroscopy. Special equipment includes Panorex and O-arm. Candidates must be proficient in the preparation and administration of contrast media. Travelers may be expected to float between nearby facilities. References covering 1 year within the last 3 years are required. Travelers should not reach out to facility contacts unless for an agreed-upon interview. Communication devices may be supplied by the client if required for the assignment.
