Positions are available in the West, Central and East regions. Light travel is required to some markets within each assigned region.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a real estate property management company; industrial experience preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop professional relationships with team members, tenants and vendorsExcellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilitiesFamiliar with bidding vendor contracted services, preparing vendor contracts and managing vendor servicesExperience with budgeting, expense reconciliations, accruals and reporting processesKnowledge of industrial leases and operational requirementsStrong computer skills (Microsoft Office applications; MRI and Kardin a plus)Self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently and take initiativeRESPONSIBILITIES:Provide exemplary customer service by proactively building positive tenant relationships and promptly responding to and resolving tenant concernsCoordinate, perform and track required site inspections, including follow-up on identified issuesGather, maintain and follow-up on tenant maintenance responsibility complianceBid, review and recommend vendor bids and specifications for contracted services and capital projectsPrepare, manage and track vendor contracts and service performance while developing strong vendor and contractor relationships across multiple marketsOversee property tax payments and work with tax consultants on appealsAssist with operating budgets and expense reconciliationsAssist with review of monthly operating statements and prepare variance commentsPrepare monthly expense accruals and supporting documentation for submission to accountingClarion Partners is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
