Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for employees accurately and in a timely manner
- Verify and reconcile timesheets and attendance records
- Calculate wages, deductions, and withholdings
- Issue paychecks or arrange direct deposit payments
- Address employee payroll queries and issues
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Prepare payroll reports for management
Essential Qualifications:
- Proficiency in payroll processing software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of payroll regulations and tax laws
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Desired Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in payroll administration
- Certification in Payroll Administration would be a plus
Salary & Benefits:
