SNF experience required
**MUST be strong in SNF caseload and able to work independently
STAFF:
Total number of team members 15 and 1 Rehab Tech
EMR:
NetHealth / RehabOptima
- Experience with these EMRs required
CASELOAD / PATIENT SCHEDULING:
90% Productivity but client understands caseload may vary and says average is 88%
*2 hour orientation and expectation is to hit the ground running and meet productivity

Mon-Fri

120 bed facility
Attached to an assisted living facility
Dress code: Mandatory Ceil Blue Scrub top black scrub pants
LOCATION HIGHLIGHTS:

-Ocala is a city located in Marion County, Florida, which is part of the northern region of the state.
-1.5 hours north of Orlando, 2 hours south of Jacksonville
