WHAT DOES A TYPICAL DAY LOOK LIKE?

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Bartender - Catering and Events (Seasonal or Permanent), these are the results you'll be hired to accomplish: » ① Quick & Accurate Drink Execution Mix and serve drinks quickly and accurately, maintaining quality and consistency throughout the event. » ② Smooth, Guest-First Bar Service Deliver a warm, welcoming bar experience that keeps guests happy, lines moving, and the energy high all night. » ③ Efficient Bar Setup & Breakdown Set up the event bar efficiently at the start and break it down completely at the end, leaving the space clean and better than we found it. » ④ Clean & Organized Event Bar Keep your bar area clean, organized, and stocked at all times during the event. PAY We pay a base wage of $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, plus tips. Base wage depends on relevant experience. Tips are based on your level of hospitality, events worked, and how busy the bar is - the busier, the better! Tips are shared amongst the bar staff at that event.

WORK SCHEDULE

This position can be part-time or full-time, with a flexible schedule designed around the demands of our catered events. All-day, 10-12 hour weekend shifts are most common. Weekday shifts are also available, but typically reserved for full-time employees.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Here are some of our must-haves & would-like-to-haves: At least 1 year of professional bartending experience, preferably in catering, banquets, or high-volume hospitality Must have a current ServSafe Food Handler Certification Must be at least 21 years old Physically able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in extreme temperatures For part-time positions, must have consistent availability during peak shifts - including nights, weekends, and holidays For full-time positions, must have open availability Must be able to (or be willing to learn to!) drive large vehicles - including box trucks and extended vans Must have reliable transportation for getting to and from work Interest in food, cocktails, and hospitality trends - a major plus! #J-18808-Ljbffr Workstream
