The technician will perform diagnostics, repairs, upgrades, maintenance, and installations for water softeners, drinking water systems, and solutions for problem water, ensuring maximum quality service to customers. Responsibilities Perform diagnostics and analysis to troubleshoot and repair equipment efficiently. Install, upgrade, and maintain equipment. Complete paperwork related to tasks accurately and in a timely manner. Assist other employees with delivery and installation of products/equipment. Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment. Communicate positively with customers and maintain positive public relations for the company. Follow all rules and regulations regarding safety and company policies. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Plumbing experience highly preferred. Minimum two years of installation and maintenance experience preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to lift or move equipment from 50 to 75 pounds.
