We are seeking a Physician Assistant to join our Department of Surgery. Opportunity Highlights Full‑time position at CHA Cambridge Hospital and CHA Everett Hospital Shifts could be a combination of days, nights, weekends and occasional holiday coverage First Assist responsibilities are required Work independently but in collaboration with a talented team of physicians and nursing staff to provide full scope of surgical care Supportive and collegial work environment with dedicated colleagues committed to quality health care for a diverse patient population Strong infrastructure and practice supports Use of a fully integrated inpatient/outpatient EPIC EMR system CHA offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, 403(b) retirement accounts with matching, generous Paid Time Off (PTO), and a CME allotment (both time and dollars). The full‑time guaranteed base salary range of $115,000‑$174,000 is based on years of experience.
