1+ years of litigation experience

, a strong interest in litigation, and excellent legal writing skills. Experience with courtroom appearances, depositions, written discovery, and dispositive motion practice is preferred but not required.

Federal court experience is a significant plus

Qualifications 1+ years of litigation experience Strong legal research and writing skills Experience or interest in depositions, hearings, and motion practice Highly organized, motivated, and able to manage multiple matters simultaneously Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently Florida Bar admission in good standing required
