They’re a successful, founder-led organization with a small but steadily expanding team. Their users are professionals in consulting and private equity who often lose time on administrative work rather than focusing on more important strategic thinking. The client’s platform alleviates this by automating call ingestion, call and note transcription, insight organization, and more, enabling these teams to spend their time on high-value analysis and other work that genuinely impact outcomes.Responsibilities:Deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environmentWork on innovative projects involving LLMsFrequent collaboration both internally and externally Shape product direction Design for web & mobile 0-to-1Requirements:Portfolio displaying strong design skills Ability to deliver user-centered experienceDemonstrated ability to lead design initiatives end-to-end Eager to collaborate cross-functionally Passionate & curious about AI tools Compensation: $140,000K - $190,000K. Flexibility with experience.
