Job Description
Title: Registered Nurse - Acute Rehabilitation and Physical Medicine

Schedule: 36 hours per week, Days/Eve/Nights, 8- and 12-hour shifts, holidays and weekends per unit policy.

Assignment Details: Contract Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:
- 2 years of Med Surg experience
- New York State RN License
- AHA BLS Certification required
- Telemetry experience required

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide patient-centered care to pediatric and adult patients in an acute rehabilitation setting.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Educate patients and their families on care plans, recovery goals, and rehabilitation techniques.
- Offer clinical and emotional support to patients to facilitate their independence and recovery.
