Shift Manager

Overview We’re hiring for a Shift Manager to join our team! The Shift Manager is responsible for providing leadership coverage and managing store operations in the absence of the Store Director and Assistant Store Director. Duties include receiving merchandise according to company policies, preparing products for merchandising, breaking down deliveries, stocking shelves, building displays, greeting guests on the sales floor and assisting them with finding items they are looking for. The role also provides guidance and direction to team members throughout the store to ensure smooth operation during the shift. Responsibilities Provide leadership coverage during the absence of senior store staff. Manage day‑to‑day store operations, including receiving merchandise, stocking, and merchandising displays. Assist customers with locating products and answer general questions. Guide and direct team members to maintain a smooth and efficient shift. Qualifications We are an EEO/AA Employer.
