As a full-time Surgery Cross Trained Assistant, you will work Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays from 6:30am - 7:00pm. No weekends or holidays required! This position qualifies for our full-time benefits package and our rewarding quarterly bonuses! 

Job Mission: The Surgery Cross Trained Assistant holds a safety sensitive position and is a competent paraprofessional which assists the registered nurses and/ or anesthesia provider by assuming responsibility and accountability for direct and indirect patient care. He/she may assist with activities, comfort measures and maintenance of a safe and clean environment under the direction and supervision of an RN and/ or anesthesia provider. Supports the nursing and medical staff in an effort to provide optimum patient outcomes. Also performs the housekeeping, transportation, and courier duties for the surgical services area.

Occupational Experience:  Previous Anesthesia technician experience preferred.

Requirements/Qualifications:   High school graduate or equivalent required. BLS certification required upon hire.
