We are aggressively hiring high-energy, driven individuals ready to step into a modern automotive sales role that blends in-store sales, internet leads, and social media content creation.
This is not your typical car sales job.
This is a high-performance environment built for people who want to make serious money and build a real career.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Motivated, competitive, and money-driven individuals
- Strong communication skills (in-person, phone, and online)
- Comfortable being on camera and using social media
- Coachable, disciplined, and accountable
- Sales experience is a PLUS NOT required
- Must be serious about performance and growth
MANDATORY TRAINING (PAID)
- 100% attendance required
- No late arrivals, no early exits, no exceptions
- Failure to complete training = automatic disqualification
- Professional, structured training program designed for success
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Selling vehicles in-store and online
- Handling inbound internet leads and follow-ups
- Creating short-form video content (daily)
- Posting approved content to social platforms
- Building your personal brand while driving dealership traffic
- Following proven sales and marketing systems
CONTENT & SOCIAL MEDIA POLICY
- All content created during employment is property of the dealership
- Content may be used for advertising, marketing, and training
- No exceptions, no disputes
REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Willingness to be on camera
- Flexible schedule availability
INTERVIEW PROCESS
- Virtual interviews ONLY
- Must schedule in advance
