We’re looking for a people-first, tech-curious Yardi Support Coordinator to join our team! This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others, solving problems, and being part of a collaborative, upbeat environment. Ideal candidate will have Residential /Apartment Property management experience using Yardi. 

In this role, you’ll be a go-to support for our property teams, helping manage Yardi tickets, guiding users through the system, and assisting with in-person and virtual trainings to keep everyone confident and set up for success.

Essential Job Functions

· Monitor and respond to incoming Yardi support requests

· Troubleshoot basic issues and route more complex items as needed

· Submit and track tickets with Yardi support

· Follow up to make sure issues are fully resolved

· Assist team members with day-to-day Yardi questions

· Help with basic user setup and system navigation

· Training & Onboarding - Help onboard new hires

· Support in-person and virtual training sessions

· Keep training engaging, approachable, and practical

· Track common issues and help identify trends

· Share feedback to improve processes and workflows

Core Competencies

· Positive, team-first attitude with a willingness to help

· Strong communication skills (you can explain things simply and clearly)

· Organized and able to manage multiple requests

· Comfortable learning new systems and technology

· Property management or admin experience

· Experience with Yardi
