AV Field Project Manager

Project ManagerOur partner is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful planning and execution of luxury residential integration projects.This is a hybrid role that blends project management, client communication, operational coordination, and strategic planning. While you'll spend time visiting job sites and meeting with clients, much of your success will come from ensuring everything behind the scenes is organized, scheduled, documented, and executed flawlessly.The ideal candidate doesn't simply react to problems—they anticipate them. They naturally "see around corners," identifying potential issues before they impact schedules, budgets, or customer satisfaction.Working closely with the Director of Operations and Installation Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in helping the company scale while maintaining the exceptional customer experience that defines their brand.Responsibilities:Manage multiple residential integration projects from kickoff through completionServe as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycleCoordinate scheduling, procurement, documentation, and project workflowsManage project tasking and documentation using D-Tools Cloud (or future project management platforms)Monitor project budgets, labor hours, job costing, and overall profitabilityEnsure materials are ordered accurately and available when neededConduct project walkthroughs with homeowners, builders, designers, and trade partnersCollaborate closely with the Installation Coordinator to ensure smooth field executionProactively identify project risks and resolve issues before they become costly problemsHelp develop and refine project management processes, workflows, and SOPsDrive accountability across projects to ensure schedules, budgets, and customer expectations are consistently metSupport continuous operational improvement as the company growsRequired Experience:3–5+ years of project management experience within the custom integration industryStrong understanding of luxury residential AV, automation, lighting control, networking, and integrated technology systemsExperience managing multiple complex projects simultaneouslyWorking knowledge of D-Tools Cloud or comparable project management softwareExperience with job costing, scheduling, purchasing, and project documentationPreferred Technical Knowledge:LutronKetraResidential AVHome automation platformsNetworking infrastructureIntegrated lighting and shading systemsThe Ideal Candidate:Highly organized and detail-orientedProactive rather than reactiveAn exceptional communicator with clients and internal teamsComfortable having difficult conversations when necessaryConfident enough to speak up while remaining collaborative and respectfulAnalytical with a strong understanding of budgets, labor efficiency, and operational performanceA natural leader who earns respect rather than demands itSomeone who enjoys improving systems and helping teams become more efficientBenefits:Health InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsurancePaid Time OffCompany HolidaysMonthly Training & Togetherness (TNT) eventsQuarterly team outingsProfessional development opportunitiesLong-term career growthCompensation:Base Salary: $80,000–$90,000 (Based on Experience)In addition to base salary, this position offers project-based bonus opportunities
