Registered Nurse Opportunity in Des Moines, IA

Compensation: $2649 - $3192

Shift: 4x12 Nights

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding nursing care to patients recovering from surgeries, including hip/knee replacements, mastectomies, and abdominal procedures.
• Administer medications and manage intravenous drips, such as PCA and Heparin.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and execute patient care plans.
• Utilize EPIC EMR for precise documentation and patient management.
• Be prepared to float across various campuses as required.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant setting.
• Active RN license in Iowa or a compact/multistate license is mandatory.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC is required.
• Experience with PCA and Heparin drips is essential.
• COVID-19 vaccination is necessary (medical and religious exemptions may be considered).
