I'm hiring for an IRL Supervisor in Washington!
\nThe IRL Supervisor's key responsibilities include managing departmental staff and supervising key projects in accordance with established priorities and timelines; coordinating quality review and management of errors, error correction, corrective actions, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) revisions, and validations associated with IRL processes; and provides technical expertise in IRL testing and the development and implementation of new methods, and, as needed, perform clinical laboratory testing.
\n Location: Near Renton, WA
\n Type: Full-time and permanent
\n Shift: Days
\n Requirements: College degree; SBB cert; prior experience, including blood bank and leadership
\n Pay: 108k-173k/yr
\n Benefits: 401k; health, dental, and life insurance; PTO, etc.
