Robotics Clinical Assoc Sales Representative

Zimmer Biomet seeks a Robotics Clinical Associate Sales Representative to support technology launches of robotic surgical systems at customer accounts in the Washington D.C. region. The role involves training surgical teams, managing account onboarding, and ensuring customer satisfaction with new technologies.
Responsibilities
- Develop account-specific launch plans to enable sustainable technology adoption and support
- Lead surgical teams through training on ROSA system and related technologies for surgeons, staff, and administrators
- Partner with Technology Solutions Manager and Field Service technicians on system installation, in-service training, and clinical support
- Manage administrative duties and follow internal communication and documentation policies
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or technical discipline; Associate's degree with equivalent experience acceptable
- 0-1 years of clinical sales or medical sales experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong presentation and demonstration abilities
- Proven track record of achieving strong results
- Ability to travel up to 75%
