Robotics Clinical Sr Sales Representative

Zimmer Biomet seeks a senior clinical specialist to lead technology product launches at customer accounts, focusing on surgeon and staff training for robotic surgical systems. The role involves account planning, system onboarding, clinical support during procedures, and maintaining customer satisfaction across key healthcare facilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop account-specific launch plans for sustainable technology implementation and adoption
- Lead training programs for surgeons, staff, and administrators on robotic systems like ROSA
- Partner with Technology Solutions Manager and field service on system installations and staff training
- Provide clinical support during technology-enabled surgical cases
- Respond to customer inquiries and maintain professional communication with healthcare facilities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or technical discipline preferred
- Minimum 3 years clinical sales experience or 1 year orthopedic joint replacement sales experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong presentation and demonstration abilities
- Proven track record of achieving strong results
Compensation: $80,000-$120,000 base with $50,000-$75,000 incentive pay
