Flex Films is seeking Full-time employees for our clean/climate-controlled/state of the art facility in Elizabethtown, KY!

Reporting and Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, the Production Operator is responsible for overseeing and operating the technical manufacturing process in a food-grade polyester film manufacturing facility.

Additional Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
 Monitor film processes using computers and visual methods
 Use equipment to test the quality specifications finished products
 Analytical thinking and problem-solving methods when issues arise in production
 Use computer and learn plant-specific software
 Operate, set-up, and perform product adjustments
 Assist with general maintenance as needed
 Flexibility in work schedule to support the plant needs
 Act with safety as the number one priority for the team
 Maintain clean organized work area

Requirements:
 H.S. diploma or equivalent
 Experience in production/manufacturing environment
 2-2-3 work schedule;
 Team player, positive attitude, and solid work ethic required
 Ability to work in an environment with a fluctuating workload; must be able to react accordingly
 Willingness to do physical work such as climbing, pulling, tugging, lifting, and standing for long periods of time; lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
