Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing and processing, is seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Elizabethtown, KY

Pay Range: $18

Shift: 1st shift 7am-3:30pm, 2nd shift 3pm-11:30pm

What's the Job?

• Receiving raw materials and preparing them for processing
• Mixing chemicals according to prescribed formulas to produce finished products
• Packaging finished products for shipment to customers
• Performing routine checks on equipment and machinery to ensure proper operation
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment through housekeeping duties

Required Skills

• Ability to follow safety protocols and wear appropriate safety gear
• Basic understanding of manufacturing or processing environments
• Must be able to read gauges and blueprints
• Must be able to lift 50lbs frequently
• Must have experience in chemical handling & batch processing
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Willingness to learn and undertake training as required
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
