Production Supervisor [84363]

Our client in manufacturing is seeking a Production Supervisor for a temp-to-perm opportunity. This on-site role leads daily production operations, develops teams, maintains safety and quality, and drives productivity through continuous improvement.

Production Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop hourly production employees.
• Oversee daily production activities, assigning labor and resources to meet schedules and operational goals.
• Monitor production KPIs and collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and other teams to resolve challenges.
• Promote facility safety and 5S standards while identifying concerns and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturing procedures and quality standards, supporting training, audits, and prevention of nonconforming products.

Production Supervisor Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience supervising hourly production employees.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, production scheduling, and workforce management.
• Experience tracking, analyzing, and improving operational KPIs.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles, including 5S, Kaizen, continuous improvement, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
