Position Summary

Novra Corp is seeking an Entry Level Marketing Coordinator to support the planning and execution of marketing activities and promotional initiatives. This role is designed for individuals who are motivated to learn, highly organized, and interested in developing experience in marketing coordination and brand support.

The position involves assisting with campaign organization, tracking marketing activities, and supporting internal teams with day-to-day marketing operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordination of marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives
• Support the preparation and organization of marketing materials
• Assist in collecting customer feedback and basic market information
• Coordinate scheduling for marketing-related activities and events
• Support internal teams with administrative marketing tasks
• Help maintain databases, files, and marketing reports
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
• Assist with communication and follow-up related to marketing initiatives
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
