Description
Seeking a versatile TA Specialist to support recruitment, administrative tasks, and HR operations. The role is contract-to-hire, with potential for direct hire based on performance and business needs. The position is confidential and not yet publicly posted.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support recruitment efforts for manufacturing and other roles, including intake calls and candidate pipeline management.
Perform HR administrative duties, including reporting, compliance preparation, and document management.
Assist with HRIS implementation (transitioning from UKG to Paycom)
Support learning and development initiatives as the department expands.
Serve as a floater, potentially covering front desk duties and greeting visitors.
Participate in employee relations and investigations as needed.
Collaborate with HR team members and management, contributing to a positive, change-oriented environment.
Requirements (Non-Negotiables):
Minimum 3-5 years of recruiting manufacturing & engineering roles.
Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
Effective communicator and team player, able to handle difficult conversations.
Experience in recruitment, ideally within manufacturing.
Mature mindset and ability to work independently without micromanagement.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $34.00/hr.
