Nursing Assistant
Trustwell Living is hiring Nursing Assistants to join our incredible and passionate care team. Responsibilities
As a Nursing Assistant at Trustwell Living, your responsibilities will include:
- Adhere to and convey a philosophy of supporting dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents.
- Assist with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, and assistance with other care while encouraging self-care and independence.
- Provide services as indicated on resident service plans, including but not limited to bathing assistance, toileting assistance, transfer, and mobility assistance.
- Build relationships with the amazing people who live in our community.
Ideal Candidate
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of the current state-specific certification, where required
- Be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification
- Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment
- Must be available some weekends and holidays *
