Since then Ellie has continued to grow with multiple clinics in Minnesota and a growing number (250+) of locally owned and operated locations across the country.We offer:Unique pay model with industry leading compensationNewly constructed office with brand new everythingFlexible work scheduleFull time or part time opportunitiesIn-person or hybrid work environmentThe opportunity to work with clients that match your interests and areas of expertiseA supportive, collaborative team environmentA company rooted in values of creativity, humor, compassion, acceptance, determination, and authenticityFull time benefits include:Medical, dental, and vision insurance401k + employer matchingPTO/HolidaysReimbursement for: license exam fees, initial license and license renewalProfessional Liability insurance coverage providedFree CEUS via access to Ellie's learning management systemSupervision provided for free if needed for licensure requirementsResponsibilities include:Evaluate clinical presentations, diagnose, create and implement treatment plans and treatment plan reviews, complete ongoing documentation and case notes according to company policyProvide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our communityUtilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goalsPrepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocolComplete a minimum of 25 client hours per week to maintain full-time statusCoordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as neededAttend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainingsOther stuff we probably forgot to add but just as meaningful and important to your role ;)Required qualifications and skills include:A master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or universityClinical licensure (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, LCSW, PsyD, etc.) or be on the path to licensure - pre-licensed candidates are welcome!Experience with completing assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notesEffective written and verbal communication skillsAbility to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clientsAbility to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely mannerComfort and familiarity working with a diverse client baseProficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)Compensation: $60,000.00 - $109,000.00 per yearDon't Meet Every Requirement?Studies have shown that women and people of color are less likely to apply to jobs unless they meet every single qualification.
